Electrical Engineer

Newkirk Electric/Theka Associates is currently seeking applications for an Electrical Engineer (BSEE / BSEET), entry-level to 10 years experience. BSEE degree holders with Professional Engineering license intent preferred.

The position focuses on generation systems, control systems, PLC and networking relating to control systems, as well as field implementation of systems. The position offers a mix of design, field work, as well as customer management, labor management, and overall project management. Skill sets will be expanded as experience grows.

The ideal candidate is a self-starting, confident team player with excellent communication skills and the motivation to expand their responsibilities. Some short term travel is required, but not significant. The position is based in the Muskegon headquarters. Highly competitive salary and benefit package.
