Administrative Assistant - Tower Division
Position Summary
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant for our Muskegon, MI office Tower Division to assist with the planning, coordination and managing of cell tower construction projects.
Job Details/Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist with opening jobs, set up new electrical service, oversee permitting, contractor registrations, locate subcontractors, etc.
- Work with field crew members for the collection of documentation required for customer turnover and closeout information.
- Organize the raw data turned in from the field into the proper closeout format as specified by the customer (naming photos, filling in the specified documentation, etc.)
- Coordinate inspections with field crew and inspectors.
- Organize information in our database for various construction jobs that are utilized by project managers, foreman, accounting, and the rest of the Division.
- Aid with the training of field crew members in new closeout practices, software, and other computer needs.
- Pull permits and schedule utility locates.
- Assist with the billing process for customers.
- Assist the project managers with other duties as assigned.
